There is an amazing underground labyrinth with over 400 Buddhist statues directly beneath the temple. Pay 100 yen and put in the slippers to explore it.

This place has an unexpected underground tunnel complex, where after a pitch black descent you can pray to a series of 88 gods. Definitely worth a visit.
