    The staff here obviously have issues. Grumpy when serving most but a Caucasian walks in and they are suddenly so polite and friendly.

    Also, pumpkins are not grown in Augsburg, so don't be an Dior an order pumpkin soup unless you want 90% of it's contents coming from a can.

    Food is not bad, but the ambiance they try to create is completely ruined by the loud and always angry Chinese staff (mainland type)

    Agreed.. soup's good but the staff isn't.. Went after office hours once and they didn't even bother attending to the queue.

    I think the cashier girl's face says f off. She just didn't say it out. Soup is good. Staffs are grumpy at night. If you don't want to ruin your night. Stay away after office hour.
