Very nice hotel! Great location! The rooms are small and they are renovating so it is noisy from 9 am to 5 pm.

Attending business event. Check in wasn’t pleasant, the room is good (executive) service is not that pleasant also. Big busy hotel wont choose but the event is here so i am saving time.

Don't bring your cat. You wont be able to swing it in an exec room. If you are in a standard room it would be between you and cat who stayed
Location. Close to metro station, bus stop, bike rent, food coirt and pharmacy.

Read more- Best location , two close parks to go for a morning run , Holland Park and Hyde Park , a run a day keeps you warm all day .
Pretty good location, quite close to several tube lines, but the hotel itself is a dump. The beds would be more comfortable if they were concrete slabs

I'll be glad to come back- I didnt like this place in the begging but turns out the service is good. They replaced my room immediately after i told them there is insects fleas i am not sure but they cooperated quickly

The health centre is really good but in room facilities are pretty average for the price.
- If you need ac adaptor or any electronic appliance, go buy at few blocks on kensington road for the price the hotel rent ot for one day. Internet sucks here

Paul NewmanOctober 27, 2013While the location is ideal, the hotel is not. £9.99 a day for wifi, £32 a day for parking (which is not even valeted), and ATROCIOUS soundproofing in the rooms. Not worth the price.
You need to pay for internet and it isn't comfortable.

- Poky rooms and £15 extra for breakfast? I can't believe I came here again.
