Paula MadeiraAugust 24, 2018Greyhound is a piece of sh*1 company. My bus was delayed 12h and I had to pay $120 to get from St. Louis to Louisville by bus. I called and they said I would get a refund of $20. NEVER USE GREYHOUND!!
Clean up the bathroom,the locks don't lock and it just old
Autumn M.March 14, 2015This Greyhound station is really disappointing. There are a lot of strange people milling around and the employees are super rude. It's dark and dirty and feels unsafe. The bathrooms are horrible.

Avoid this place if you can :-) loud and too busy. There's no management on-site at night if employee language and behavior is any indication.
