They have a lot of options for people with allergies or sensitivities to gluten, dairy, nuts and soy. If you ask for help, they are more than happy to work with you! Juice/smoothie bar is fresh.

This place has everything. It's quickly replacing my need to go to the big stores (with long lines) like Food Emporium, MET, or Whole Foods.

Best selection of healthy (low carb, low sugar or low calorie) ice creams! Try the Adonia or Lifeway Kefir.

The food buffet bar is half price after 8pm, but also starts looking sad.

Good prepared foods bar. Not a lot of meat though, usually just chicken. If you're a health nut, you would love it here.
