- Petra BosApril 11, 2013So far the best sushi I ate in this area! The service feels like very Japanese and is very friendly. (never been in Japan, so I can't really compare) Was surprised by the sliced orange .
- CKJune 20, 2012Popcorn Lobster. Shat Love. Crispy Rice. Everything is good. Blue Fish has been my favorite sushi restaurant for years, and it will be as long as Danny's there. Best service from Danny & the guys.
- Yet to find a sushi place that can compete with Blue Fish!!! Just purely awesome ... Start with heart attack for appetizer ... And you can't go wrong with any of the baked rolls :)
- Evelina ProdanovaFebruary 11, 2018The baked salmon roll and the godzilla one are awesome! A bit sweet but lovely. Seaweed salad too!
- JW NajarianMarch 12, 2010I have been to most of the hottest sushi bars in Los Angeles and Blue Fish is my favorite. Hard to get a seat so go early. Say hi to Danny and buy the boys a beer. Read more
- Rolls are big and so are sashimi plates. Quality of fish is incredible. You really get your money's worth...
- Best sushi place in Montrose, without a doubt. Gotta try the Red and Sweet Roll!
- Angineh SinaniFebruary 21, 2021It was the worst sushi place i’ve ever been...only shrimp tempura and California roll was not that bad but the lady bug roll, the yellow tail and albacore roll was horrible😣
- Try the Shat Love Roll, but everything is solid here: Catapillar Roll, Johnny Roll..
- Best chiarshi bowl around. And the only one I've encountered that has rakkyo!
- Lea Dessi-OliveApril 19, 2015Not good for gluten free allergies. The staff isn't knowledgable about gf menu items, no tamari (gf soy sauce) and no real crab (immigration crab has gluten).
