- Nicole KAugust 7, 2013This is my go-to nail spot in Lower Manhattan. Cicie is the nicest and does a great job and is never in a rush. $20 for both hands and feet. Ann, the owner, is very nice, offers free bottles of h20.
$10 leg or back massages for 10 min, which are great after you've annoyed your boyfriend for massages too often! They've recently bought new pedicure stations so the seats are brand spanking new.

Super annoying that the owner would let me move to a working massage chair. Used to love this place but its gone way down hill - no new colors broken chairs. Sad to say but i must find a new place
