I eat here frequently because the food is great, and I have a high threshold for bad service. You're going to need to lower your expectations here, these guys aren't firing on all cylinders.- Huge improvement over my previous visits. They remodeled the restaurant and the service!
Make sure they have boneless wings before you sit down. After sitting for 20 min they come to take order which is boneless wings. Needless to say that they told me they were out and they just opened.
We had excellent service and great food! The new decor is very nice!!
Service still sucks. Had to ask for a server after ten mins. of tables seated after us being served. Got a free appetizer, but no apology and the waitress helped herself to the coin part of my change.

Hate that this place has gone downhill bad! The service is horrible, rude and very disrespectful. Food has also taken a nose dive.
