    I recommend the videojug app because it can tell you just about how to do anything on the videos eg: how to sew on a button. It's brilliant.

    Tube Map Application on apple phone is really handy as it has a map and also updates and if there tube delays or closures. It also helps people find the best route from A to B.

    Go first thing in the morning or just after 1.30-2PM if you want to get served quickly, otherwise it's a queue as dipsticks that don't know anything about phones ask banal questions to the Geek Squad!
