If you want fresh prata ask for anything but plain. Plain tends to be premade and in a warmer.

If you order frm either the 2 Indian guys with mustache. They can remember your order no matter how extensive. Impressive!!

Thosai starts at 5pm and ends at abt 12+ and starts at 5am again and ends abt 9am. Bloody good thosai
