Pasana is great. She's really strong, lots of stretching-- maybe not for everyone, but it was just what I needed. She also gave me an extra 5 min, even though I was a couple minutes late. :)

Ask for Shun. He only works Sundays but is totally amazing and will work any knots out of you!

Their Thai deep tissue massage leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of walking on your back, not a lot of help.
