I've found the employees here to be really nice. Great place when you're in a hurry or if it's raining... Sometimes it's nice not to leave your car!
Been coming here for 2 years and I love the employees! Only once did I get an employee with an attitude! Always nice and pleasant!

When using the drive through pull as forward as possible to help avoid traffic sticking out in to the street
The Drive-through Starbucks creates traffic hazards, and lines of cars out into Ventura Boulevard of cars much like an in-n-out
Don't order chai tea here, the percentage of f-ed up to good is out the roof. Stick to coffee speciality drinks
The crew is very nice! Smile and wish them a good day/ night!
At the walk-in window, sometimes the wait is a bit long. But the employees are nice and friendly.- Day crew is always awesome, but the night crew not so much!
Disappointed with the barista today...of you can't hear me, turn down the music you have blaring through the speakers. Super slow and f-ed my order. Really??
This place is super slow for walkups, but convienent for morning pre work rush.
How can you f up one cup of coffee??? Just one. And wake up! Have a f'ing cup of coffee.
