- Dave LAugust 12, 2013$60 casual fee. Includes showers, comfy chairs, work stations, wifi, open bar (beers, wine, 42below vodka & soft drinks), a hot food option, fruit, cheeses, deli meats, salads and friendly staff.
- Kylie JayOctober 9, 2014For a Koru club it's you'd expect. Standard self serve food & beverage. Restrooms are small & get quite busy. Staff are friendly & you can reserve seating if you want a guaranteed spot
- Matthew WoodSeptember 12, 2014Great $60 walk up fee. No priority pass accepted though. Grab the crab salad and the great wine.
- Nate StiùbhardDecember 15, 2014By the time you read this they'll probably be operating out of TBIT. Compared to US Dom lounges and the hell of T3 this place is a haven. Kids area with giant plush kiwi hidden away, just ask.
- Maybe not. Crowded, understaffed, under-catered, under-cleaned. Not enough seats. Don't judge other Air New Zealand lounges by this one. BUT! - there's a new (3 times bigger) lounge coming mid-2014.
- Ken SApril 26, 2014Take advantage of the showers. After a long haul flight you'll be glad you did. So will the other passengers.
- Jeffrey WhiteFebruary 13, 2012The staff here is very good and the food is so much better than at United.
- Kevin PoirierJanuary 3, 2012Yummy warm hot food and help yourself to the abundance of alcoholic beverages!
- Fraser WoodOctober 9, 2011Def take a shower before the overnight trip back to AKL- feel slightly fresher when arriving
- jeff montanezDecember 9, 2009Great lounge to take a break in, even take a quick shower! Do not even need to be a passenger on NZ just pay to use facility.
- If en route to London on NZ2 - there's not enough time to get through customs to the lounge - stay in the transit lounge
- Jeremy HuntMay 6, 2011Provided computers too locked down to use easily - recommend bring your own. ;(
- Nothing is better than hanging out with the mayor of the Air New Zealand Koru Lounge. She's a flippin Kiwi Supermodel.
