Cycling class at 7 pm is the best slot!.Good timing, Best instructors, Adrenaline-pumping music. Active members, Class filled with screams and shout.Love it !

don't forget to bring a padlock if you're not VIP member. free locker use, free towels, soap, shampoo, earbuds, lotion, water fountain..massage should be free too

Simply hated this place on my trial. Trainers are sly and made me feel like shit in order to make a sale...prefer home gym or boot camps like Maxfit

Please check yr name on the membership card when u check out. They always give the card to wrong person. It happens to me 3rd time already. The management doesn't give a shit!

This gym has gotten very bad. Showers no shoer soap, broken soda holders, running machines that are broke. One shower smelt of pee. I complain to the manger about the poor shower condition
