    Take pictures of the entire car before you move it from its parking space. They will tell you they noted the account of any damage, but they never do. Atrocious.

    I waited in line for an entire hour on an early Thursday afternoon. The agent said Thu-Mon is their "weekend." I wish my weekends were 5 days long.
