- Neo KlassicalMarch 10, 2011If you're desperate like me, try taking up yoga, Bikram or Absolute are good. Did it daily for a week and there was significant recovery! Think physio... but more well-rounded. Get well soon!
- Bring a book to read and dress right preferably in shorts and tee and wear your run shoes (if you have leg injuries).
- Bring a pullover or something to keep you warm. The Aircon can be quite cold
