- If you wait for the Q46 bus late at night, remember that after 1AM, they run once every hour. If you need a cab late night, don't take those livery cabs; they are like vultures - take a yellow cab ins
- This is a confusing subway station. Read the signs carefully.
- When you get to the top or bottom of the stairs, please keep moving so as to avoid a traffic jam or accident.
- During rush hours, the one that takes you to Glen Oaks and LIJ Hospital are express/limited stops - while the Springfield Blvd one is local and stops at all stops.
- Hot & Tasty is open 24hrs. if you need pastry for a hostess gift on the fly.
- Walking from here to Main St. & Union Turnpike will take no longer than 15 minutes at a medium pace. Something to consider if the Q46 is late or delayed.
- If you are going to the Airport (John F. Kennedy [JFK] International Airport), you can take the Q10 Bus from here straight to the Airport.
- 3 buses all going the same route and still these lines are ridiculously long. Come on MTA!

- Nelly CepedaMay 19, 2010Avoid the 74 bus if your going to QC, the wait is way too long! Just take the 64 bus on Forest Hills station-71 ave station on the E/F G/V line
- Q37 bus drivers have the worse attitude. So far 3 buses arrived & all put on their "not in service " sign Wtf is that???
