Skip the tofu soup, and not only because it takes 20 minutes...in a word, gnarly. Go for kimchee fried rice with spam or kalbi. Generous portions and you can substitute brown rice with anything!

The owners of this neighborhood convenience store make the best Korean BBQ in town, cooked to order. My favorites are the kalbi and kim chee fried rice.
