    They have TWO websites. The maintained one is good and the one that Google search directs you to is NOT updated. Be sure you get the (dot) org one!

    The guy on the civil registry window is an idiot and an asshole. He is the most incompetent person I've ever had to deal with. His job is so simple yet he makes it so complicated.

    Cash only. If you're planning to renew your passport make sure you make a copy of your passport at home, otherwise you're going to pay 50 cents for the copy, cash only!

    You need to get here as early as you can! There will be a long ass wait. Idky they don't have securities and allows you to use your phone. I don't want to vote and its mandatory they said. Fishy!

    People who work here should learn about organization and maximizing the use of technology. Scheduling people for appointment is not hard to do. I'm sure everybody hates spending half of the day here.

    Make sure to bring at least 3 copies of everything and ask them what copies you need because they'll send you back and forth to make copies. So just copy everything worst service ever.
