the best place to workout and take a spin class without the big crowds. very friendly staff.
Come to work out and have fun with me in my class of step, lo-impact and the most popular body sculpt. Find me in Tuesdays,Saturdays. 
They are in the process of adding all kinds of new gym equipment!!
