Making NYC Your Gym is as easy as getting off the subway a stop early. Get off at Grand Central Terminal & walk the rest of the way to work/home. More on Making NYC Your Gym: http://on.nyc.gov/T6Gc9J

It gets very crowded here. Walk toward the less crowded areas so you won't have to squeeze into the train. Not a bad station. Well lit, many signs, and decent security.

Here, you'll feel packed like sardines and swear you'll smell them too. For such an important stop, it's so lacking.

Try to use the door on Park between 41st and 42nd to get in if it's open (weekdays before 8pm); way less traffic than entering from the Terminal.
