Go swimming. The main pool is 25m long x 10m wide, 0.9m to 2m deep. The water is kept at 27-29 degrees. There is also a teaching pool for swimming lessons. See the schedulehttp://tinyurl.com/d7bwakj

The swimming pool is not very clear and clean. Many activities to do and also some sauna and Turkish bath. Only thing is hygiene is really not the best. Not sure I would recommend

Weekends are best for the gym as it's packed on weekday evenings! Also, there's apparently an area in the gym earmarked for priority members (?) - a bit ridiculous for the others !

Starting to get a bit rundown and more expensive to swim than other local centres. Usually pretty busy in evenings and lifeguards not good at telling slow people to get out fast lane.

Remember to have always with you 50p or £1 or you won't close the locker. Other 20p if you need to dry your hair (no plugs available).

Great atmosphere but almost always packed, a lot of people don't clean up after themselves but still recommend this over Sobell centre

Be prepared for a shock when you get in the main pool it can be quite cold, start swimming quickly to warm up.

Stinky pool, stinky wet changing rooms and only two showers in the mens'. Not the best for the membership price but handy location.

l ve been first time today in pool and the water was cold.Firstly l couldnt swim.Because difference between lane distance were not same.l prefer Archway's

Quiet times for the gym: Saturday evening, Sunday afternoon. Busy times: between 6 and 9 weekday evenings when you'll be waiting in line for everything.

Nice staff, but their basic monthly gym membership is £52. Far too expensive for sub par facilities.
