    Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, good lighting if your apartment faces Columbia Rd, nice size apartments, wood floors, friendly neighbors, near everything.

    Cons: Kids running on the hallways, can hear the noise from outside sometimes, East side stairs smell like taco :-P.
