The garlic pork ramen broth is delicious! My bf found it to be a bit heavy though. The only thing I would change would be the actual pork, which tasted more like cha siu than standard braised pork.

Got tonkotsu (garlic pork) ramen with extra wakame (fresh seaweed). So good! Just remember to dunk your toppings in the broth so they are warm!

Spicy garlic pork ramen with a scoop of chicken gravy is Dojo's specialty. The miso broth is also a highlight, as are the quail eggs in each ramen. Come early and prepare to wait!

Yes, there will be lines, but Dojo sets the standard for sutamina-style ramen. The standard bowl comes with fatty pieces of pork, mushroom, chives, bell pepper, quail egg and garlicky chicken gravy. Read more

My favorite noodle style of any ramen place I've been to in the Bay Area. They'll bring you extra after you finish (kaedama) if you ask, but save some broth. 'Regular Spicy Garlic Pork' was great

This place serves basically one entree: ramen and it's very good. All topped the same, and with three flavors: Garlic/Pork (my recommdation) Soy Bean, and Soy Sauce. You also choose the heat level.

Garlic pork is like a lighter tonkotau base. Go for regular spicy - I like spicy and even regular burned a little. Spicy cod roe is very salty, but worth adding!

The garlic pork broth is the bomb. Mild spiciness is decently spicy and tastes great! Unfortunately, they ran out of a lot of items when we got here so come early.

Got there at 1 pm on a sunday, sat down and ate by 1:30 pm. Wait isn't bad and the noodles are great! Overheard that their garlic pork broth was running out at 1:45 pm that day.

There was a long wait but the food was worth it. The spicy pork ramen was amazing. Surprisingly, the pork was my least favorite part, it was tough. However, this will be my ramen place of choice now.

Extra spicy pork (isn't too spicy) with fresh seaweed is Big Hitter ramen. Get there at 11:15 am if you want to make first sitting. Ask for two waters when you're seated

Garlic Spicy Pork for the win! The broth is absolutely fantastic. Go "regular spicy"...extra spicy would be way too spicy. Go for extra noodles, seaweed (roasted) and egg. Then, thank me later

Try the soy sauce ramen - The broth was not my first choice but was tasty nonetheless. But the real star was the al dente noodles on the side! Worth the trip to San Mateo.

It's good ramen but I'm not sure what the hype is about. The eggs were overcooked and medium spicy is too spicy to still be able to taste any of the more subtle flavors of the broth
