    If you are doing a cash VAT refund leave plenty of time. Plenty. You will be stuck behind people who haven't read the instructions, haven't got a customs stamp and want to argue the toss all day.

    This place has to be the biggest rip-off joint in London. Spread is over 20%, and they charge a 1.5% commission on top. I truly feel sorry for anyone unfortunate or stupid enough to change money here.
