The toilets are before gate 19, none inside, once you go in gate 22 waiting area, there are drinks vendoring machine and that's it. There are power plugs along the corridor outside gate 20/21

Agree with all the tips , the only solace being a TV at the bottom end of the room !!

One of the least glamorous gates at Heathrow. Clearly spend more making the shops look nice than gates removed ...
