- Gon FernandezMay 5, 2012Ask for the complimentary buffet hot food. They don't put it in the menu and you get a choice of egg benedict, egg fiorentine or bacon roll.
- Justine ArrecheJanuary 16, 2015As usual, BA First lounge buffets always label what's acceptable for vegans which is super helpful. Don't forget your free champaign!
- Gordon RamseyJanuary 16, 2016The lounge seems to be a haven for little rodents! Saw at least 4 scampering under the lounge sofas. Good job the cookie jars have heavy lids!

- Steve DegarmoNovember 7, 2013If you're an alcoholic, this place is freaking heaven. Breakfast made to order menu is good in theory but way overrated though.
- Fathima DadaMay 22, 2017Large, comfortable, pleasant but in need of a makeover. Sub standard compared to BA lounges in other terminals at Heathrow.
- MarcosApril 23, 2018Good lounge but kind of crowded. Vegetarian style food. Good selection of beverages!
- Nick 🍾 FarinaJanuary 20, 2013Between the pour your own Johnnie Blue and Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle, it's a good thing they have comfy chairs and inviting bathrooms.
- Paul CanterburyMarch 27, 2015Terminal 3 is always busy. This lounge is your island of calm in this otherwise bustling sea of humanity.
- Champagne Bar rules, even before lunch. If you are an AA Exec Plat, run away from the AA lounge for this one!
- This lounge has been great but now needs to be refurbished. The food on the hot counter looks as if it’s been left there for hours.
- If your magazines of choice aren't available, kindly ask one of the ladies. They always find a copy hidden somewhere!
- Mark LeeMay 11, 2022Lounge with food orders to tables not full dining room like Cathay Pacific unless I missed it
- Michael WitbrockJuly 11, 2012If American Exec Plat, arrive before 6am when AA closed and come here instead. Empty and very nice service
- the Champagne bar has a good selection including vintage and rose. as you sip, order some dinner from the staff.
- Spencer NewshamApril 5, 2022COVID seems to have changed the service and layout of the lounge. Not the experience we expected after upgrading to Club World
- Dawn McCarthy-SimpsonDecember 1, 2012Make sure you take advantage of the spa and shower rooms before you start on the champagne
- Mark LeeNovember 5, 2022Turn sharp left to the First [including BA Gold) lounge reception right before the Club lounge
- Seriously downgraded food and wine since BA have left T3. A big snub to their frequent fliers...
- Andy MurdyFebruary 14, 2011Far less flexible than Barajas. A little flexibility when travelling with a family goes a long, long way
- Do a quick informal Champagne tasting of their varied offerings while you wait for your food order to arrive fresh.
- If you're AA Executive Platinum, use this lounge instead of the Admirals Club, it's much better!
- M VAugust 17, 2011Don't bother ordering coffee. Kippers wee nice but poached egg was solid through. Ho-hum.
- RoxannaDecember 22, 2011Skip the buffet and order off the menu if you have time. Food is much better
- If you are in a hurry, go to club not first lounge as there is a buffet. First is made to order. Magazine selection v poor in club - mostly inflight mags. Champagne only in first.
