Hotel is aging fast. This was built as a hotel Indigo then quickly changed to a HIE. Showers falling apart, walls molding, they filled in the whirlpool, etc. good luck getting a clean quality room.

Erin KleimeyerMarch 22, 2014Terrible service. Didn't even TRY to fix the room mistake to our reservation that THEY made and wouldn't even waive the fee for the roll away needed in the single bed room we were given for 3 people.
Cool place, friendly staff. Rooms are really clean
Don't stay in the new section the floors are like paper and u can hear everything. Especially the drunks falling down at 3am
