Never go to this Wendy's.They took so long to take my order I missed my bus. Then they took twenty minutes to make a medium iced coffee. I had to leave w/o my coffee b/c I was gonna miss my next bus.
The environment is ratchet and it stems from the GM. She has a bad attitude and her customer service is poor. She has braids and glasses and doesn't smile unless being rude to others. @wendys
