Alyssa ValdezOctober 31, 2012Great service so far! I had a water leak in my room, and they promptly moved me to another, better location. When I say promptly, I mean less than 10 minutes. Pleased!
Nice clean restrooms. #ahh. If traveling & you need to use the restroom. Remember the 3 H's. Hotels, Hospitals, & the best of all HOME.

Try Sullivan's on the other side of the Keystone Mall. The Tavern on the left side has great specials and live jazz.
Alway ask for a free upgrade if you are a rewards member, the rooms on the 11th floor is huge
Chris ADecember 9, 2012There is no shuttle to downtown but front desk can call you a cab. Fare will run you about $35 if they take Keystone drive. Avoid the highway during rush hour.
