    สำคัญมาก เม็ดบำรุงโลหิตต้องกินให้หมดถุง โดยเฉพาะผู้หญิงเสียเลือดทุกเดือนและมักไดเอท ความเข้มเลือดจะเสียไปทุกวันๆ พี่พยาบาลบอกวันนี้ความเข้มคาบเส้นเลย ต่อไปถ้ากินไม่หมดอาจบริจาคไม่ได้อีก ต้องกินกันนะคะ
