It was very fine for me, already second time here. I'll try to forget bad situations happened to me here ( as they were not " hotel " caused, but by people staying here ) , all in all nice place :)

S DAugust 15, 201510 min away from the metro station. Stayed at 4-person room and there was only 2 plugs in the room. Not enough. Moreover, the room was too small. Still reasonable and very clean though.
