Update after two years - customer service improving though sssllllooooowww. Calm environment is good - would be awesome if quicker pace :)- 3rd review. I was hoping that they would've improved by now. It took at least 10 min b4 someone approached me so I may get a copy of a past statement. Staff outnumbered their customers 3fold. :(.

- Depositing checks in person is always a pain. Miserable staff. I prefer the ATM .
