EricaMay 16, 2012Thorough acupressure massage. It's deep tissue, so if you don't like hard pressure, make sure to tell them! Elbows in use! Lol they do a great job all in all!
Lucille FisherJuly 15, 2015Avoid weekend/busy periods. Tend to overbook & disorganized. Make sure you get a good massage therapist. Skill vary, I was not happy w/ mine, she was harried & abrupt.
