I find the drivers polite. The shuttles don't run as frequent as other companies but I'd say every 20 minutes

Expect to have infrequent shuttle pick up from the airport. Good warning for me to drop it off early :-)

Waited for less than 5 minutes for the shuttle, parking was easy and super cheap! Almost too simple. Lol
