The trains are quite OK. Always try to ask someone if you dont know where you're supposed to go. Even for locals it sometimes hard to find the right path to the right train. And - be safe
If you go to Yurmala, you need platform No 3 and trains to Dubulti, Sloka, Kemeri or Tukums. All trains stop in Majori!

Worst paid WC ever! Try to avoid it. Not all restaurants have their own.
Don't give homeless any Money, they earn more in few days than average Latvian in month.
Можно вкусно поесть в Kļavas Lapa на вокзале (есть обеденное меню). Недорого и рядом с вокзалом можно поесть в Marija Bistro (комплексы за 3-5€) или китайскую кухню в Haoli Bistro (комплексы за 2-3€)

- На ж/д вокзале есть локеры (автоматические ячейки) разного размера за 2-3€ за сутки. На автовокзале есть камера хранения с часовой оплатой за каждую вещь, начиная с 0.6€ за первый час и т.д.

lizafoxyNovember 4, 2013До поезда 1.5 часа, а на вокзале нет никакого зала ожидания. Сплошной торговый комплекс, кафе и рестораны. Лавочек толком нет. В итоге путник вынужден идти сидеть в кафе даже без потребности поесть.
