- Megan SofferMay 31, 2013These United Clubs need to offer more than just wifi, cheese and crackers. They could learn something from Virgin Atlantic's clubs (see image).
- Troy ParkinsMay 1, 2013This is a pretty fancy United Club. It has super comfy chairs near the front. They have electrical outlets in them too!Upvoted Mar 20
- DEAN COWLESDecember 1, 2011great place to hang out waiting for planes, worth the membership price if you fly as much as I do and eat their snacks but they need to change them up. Tired of carrots and cheeseUpvoted 3 weeks ago
- Ignore all tips before 2018. They are from the period before the club was renovated, reduced in size, and all hard liquor was removed from the offerings.
- the quiet room is everything i need after a long flight with screaming kids. YES!!!!! (i mean "yes" shhhh)
- James ClarkMarch 25, 2014Be sure to have a couple pre-flight beverages just in case your plane hits a truck on the tarmac. Trust me, you'll be pleased you did.
- Sung ParkAugust 16, 2013Always mediocre snacks. But the drinks keeps flowing, the bartenders are always nice, and the view can be great depending on the time of the day. No need for wifi card anymore, just connect and go.
- Marco TillmannDecember 1, 2012Look for seats that have larger tables with power outlets right away. Beer is free (Goose Island is recommended), wine and spirits cost extra.
- Sacha Cunha 🇧🇷🇷🇺March 10It was a great decision to take the daily pass! Amazing structure, Service, food and beer! I strongly recomend it.😃🍺✈️
- JaysonAugust 28, 2012Looking for outlets? Once you walk in, go straight back towards the bar.....pick up free beer, then continue forward to the far wall. Outlets always open on this half of the club.....happy hunting!
- James TDecember 29, 2015Breakfast: croissants, pound cake, yogurt parfait bar, oatmeal bar, and cereal. Illy coffee, tea, orange juice, and water for beverages.
- Ronnie BowenApril 7, 2012Military can get in here regardless of your ticket or actual membership. Just show your ID at the desk and they'll let you in. Also, get a free wifi card while here or you have to pay for Internet
- Halle BorgesMarch 12, 2011United has A LOT to learn from other Star Alliance Members (e.g. Lufthansa, Singapore and even TAP) that have much better accommodations and service that make you really feel welcome. Unlike here!
- Aisha TaylorApril 13, 2015Craft beer (goose island) is not complimentary. And I can't buy it now because the credit card machine is down (no cash payment?).
- Del ClaymanSeptember 12, 2013The bar tenders here are top notch and very attentive. Awesome spicy Bloody Mary
- Edward ChoSeptember 14, 2013#unitedclubdowngrade UA just recently downgraded complimentary drinks. If you are looking for a drink, you might want to stay away from United Clubs! :( Flyertalk Disc: http://goo.gl/quelcZ
- Rudy MartinezMay 28, 2014Biggest united club. Lots of space to get work done. Very spicy Bloody Mary.
- The bottles on the middle shelf are almost always free. Bud light is usually the free beer. House reds and whites are also complimentary.
- Michael R.March 20, 2012The complimentary "local favorite" beer is Goose Island Honker's Ale, just like at the United Club in T2.
- The club in C Concourse has ample seating and good service.
- Brian MatthewsDecember 29, 2014Very nice and quiet. We had a guest pass. Really enjoyed the "delay"!
- If you want quiet, the business lounge in the back with the cubicles is quite nice. Quiet zone by the entrance often not quiet.
- Looking for outlets? There's always open desks (each has 2 plugs) in the business area.
- Yawei LiuDecember 8, 2012Drinks are free, wifi is free and hospitality is free. The United Club at the B terminal is better.
- Beer and wine are the only alcoholic beverages served here. You cannot order any vodka, gin, scotch, tequila, or other hard alcohol, unlike virtually all other United Clubs. This is unacceptable.
- The house wines are great and free! If you're here in the evening say hello to Hugo at the bar.
- Kyle LinJanuary 6, 2013Lounge is not impressive. However the opportunity to take a shower after 30 hours of travel is very much appreciated. Service is also very attentive.
- Mike PalmerApril 30, 2013Much better since the merger with Continental. At least some drinks are free! Free wi-fi. Finally!!
- Quiet, but really bad coffee and someone thought cream of rice is better than oatmeal
- Scott SweeneySeptember 12, 2014Free drinks (well). But snacks not so good. You can not bring in outside good? Why? They don't sell any?
- Christopher WareJanuary 2, 2012Free cocktails, beer, wine. Most members get a guest or two in free. Make a friend at the door to get in.
- Nice lounge but always crowded with limited places to sit.
- The United clubs have open wi-fi now so no more need for passwords for members or guests
- Pattapoon SJanuary 7, 2014United has a lot to improve. I've used Singapore, Thai and Lufthansa lounges. United definitely has the worst lounge out of all. Charging outlets are hard to find, mugs are dirty and less food choices
- Kevin FooteJuly 14, 2011You can use your mobile eboarding pass for entry. No more digging through your wallet for the card!
- Lin irlApril 9, 2012United Club no longer scans your boarding pass to verify your club membership. Bring your membership card with you.
- Saulo RozendoNovember 12, 2012For some reason you develop a craving sensation for caramel popcorn. Be hungry.
- This now ranks as one of the oldest, most ratty red rugs in the US.
- Melissa Roccos-HooperJanuary 18, 2012Don't try the celery if the ends curl up. Do have the spicy bloody mary...
- Todd MillerJanuary 23, 2012I completely agree with Halle. These jokers working the door had no idea that Star Alliance Gold members were allowed in. I had to show them the rule on their website.
- Wifi is now accessible for guests and members without the need for a password or member number
