    Staff no clue how to serve, had to ask for everything from b.vinegar to spare plate. Very weak service for pizza express. No sign of enthusiasm showed on their faces. Lack of product knowledge.

    If it wasn't for the kids menu, I just wouldn't bother. Staff are clueless (sometimes bordering on rude) and food just gets worse!
