Serious EatsMarch 31, 2014This welcoming Ravenswood/Lincoln Square gastropub is known for its great craft beer selection, but what most people don't realize is that their whiskey collection is also extensive.
Allen ArchibaldSeptember 16, 2013We sat in the 'Barrel Room' it roomy enough for 10 of us. The food they served was excellent! We visit Chicago from time to time, and we plan to dine here again.
In the summer, the rooftop deck has no equal for miles around. In the winter, the main bar is just right for holing up with your new favorite beer, your traveling companion and a few tall tales.

Great selection of beers on tap and bottles! The menu is great too - really good portions for sharing.
Fantastic gastropub. Expansive beer and whisky list. Usually has a cask ale or two. Get the fried chicken for brunch or dinner. You can't go wrong.

Save room for the bread pudding.- Always a great vibe inside or on the rooftop. Plenty of beer and high quality food. Probably the best charcuterie plate I’ve come across.
The food menu under current chef Kevin Mcmullen is the best they've ever had and finally on par with other pubs like this in Chicago.

Cozy atmosphere filled with yuppies dressed like hipsters. Great IPA selection but skip the pinot noir. Prepare to wait a while outside the ladies room.

Great beer selection - and outstanding roof deck. Cold Thai shrimp noodle salad was excellent.
Friendly and witty bar staff. They serve some serious beer. Even some real ale!
Pulled pork sandwich is much better without the cheese, which masks the perfect marriage of pork & pickle pieces.
Ommegang beers contain no animals bits (vegan), and the tortilla chips are amazing
