- It is confirmed, the baristas here can't make a decent hot chocolate!! :(
This place has gone downhill since the rebuild. The new staff needs retraining. They need to learn how to be more streamlined.
A "Tall" at Starbucks is a waste of time/money. Go BIG or go "Venti" !
