Clean and good location. Walls are thin so prepare to have zero privacy. Staff are hit and miss when it comes to friendliness. Love Mona the cat who loves there.

oK, if you drove to DC make sure its not a tow away zone where you parked even if sign for parking says so, double check with front desk. Least what you could get is a $100 parking ticket

Wifi is good. Log in to Windsor123, WindsorLobby, WindsorBackOfBuilding with same password 1234567890 when you arrive and you can roam seamlessly through the zones.

Nice little hotel. Not your average american chain hotel, more of a europian 18 century inn. Free breakfast and wifi. Im pleased

Many of the rooms have windows that look into a central shaft, but nothing else. The rooms also smell a bit funky, but it's one of the better cheaper options around.

Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel : bruyant, une direction pas très rigoureuse sur les clés des chambres, et le petit déjeuner que vous payez n'est pas garanti !
