Excellent, fast wifi. A lot of outlets, not so many people. There's some food as well - like soup of the day. Not the best lounge for sure, but there are worse, say in new Pulkovo airport
every star alliance lounge in the world (other than United) has real food all day. Why anyone pays for RCC escapes me. For all those who have rated RCC at NRT, next time try ANA club: so much better
Not too bad if you find the better part of the lounge ! Turn hard left after taking the elevators - there you'll find the bar (4 beers on tab) and nice tables next to the window
Alcohol is hidden at the far end of the lounge, limited food selection, decent wifi connection. Not the best star alliance lounge at SFO, don't be disappointed if its your first time.
What a crime against good design .. amazing how they make a lounge in a nice modern terminal look like something from the early 1980s ... It's always been awful but at least the beer's free now!
A few alcoholic beverages available at far end of lounge, premium beverages available at a price. Food limited to 3 salads, 1 soup, crackers and Swiss cheese.
Suggestion: united should learn from all it's partner airlines and every airlines' clubs' for that matter and serve actual food! This shouldn't be the best it gets because it's cheap carb junk food!👎
Internet works. Everything is a bit weary. The only hot food is soup of the day, selection of snacks is poor. To get beer or liquor you need to talk to a busy grumpy bartender, after standing a line
This lounge is packed and loud. Good luck finding seats for a group. I think previous "quiet" posts may have been from people who visited when there weren't many flights leaving.
I have to agree with all the comments. Tried to get coffee and was surprised it wasn't ready. UA Cust Srvc person said, "if you would read the sign you would known. Coffee is on the other side"
If you're traveling for a presentation, spend $39 for Red Carpet Lounge (when you check in online. $50 at door). Much more relaxing and quiet for practing or reviewing your notes.
Remember, United club lounges do not offer food apart from bananas, aples, crackers. Alcohol is behind a bar so every drink will cost 1usd tip. The only lounge at int'l terminal w/priority pass access
Yes Internet is fast but this is NOT better than a Air China lounge. Food with limited choice, very limited seats, crowded, no stylish design. Old fashioned place.
Yep these united clubs are awful . You don't even get access on a 1st ticket ! Come to Asia , australia , the middle east or Europe and see what the lounges are like . Many like have restaurants
Unfortunately no showers inside this lounge. Pretty weak snacks and drink game but at least the chairs are comfy. Don't doze off before your red eye though.
Hilarious reading all the tips left here! Why not change this, United? Comments have been left for over 2 yrs. I'm only here bc a friend gave me a pass for my trip. Book Virgin Atlantic next time.
Not the nicest lounge in the world. Awful food, but make sure you find the bar to enjoy a free beer or two. Lots of power sockets for charging gadgets before you board.
Cereal, fruit, coffee, and tea is all they serve for breakfast lots of room and outlets but sucks for food and drinks. Pretty awful lounge compare to RCC in Narita
This lounge leaves MUCH to be desired. Ugh. Loud, busy, with uncomfortable seats and crappy f&b options. Has free WiFi, but so does the entire airport.
The single worst lounge I have ever witnessed. Better options and more comfortable seats on the outside. Don't waste your money or time. Nice job at sucking even worse than usual, United.
This is definitely the lousiest lounge I have ever been. No food and for some of the beverages you even have to pay. Not much difference to economy passengers who wait on the gate.
