The hotel is pretty far from the centre of Rome. Its very suitable for conferences and meetings but not if you're here to see the city as its a 25 minute drive out of town.

Loved the hotel though far away from downtown Rome , but still they have free shuttle service to downtown and airport and you could always order a taxi which is affordable

I expected more from a 4 star Sheraton Hotel. Each shuttle ride to city centre is 10 Euro. You also pay 7 euro each way for the airport shuttle. At other Sheratons shuttle service is free.

This is the best hotel ever, PERIOD. I couldn't stress enough how lovely the staff was - professional and fun at the same time!;) The food was beyond perfect! Best I've ever had! Try the tuna:)!!!!

Hotel seems understaffed with employees who don't seem very competent. As an SPG platinum member who stayed 116 nights last year, it's very evident that SPG loyalty does not go very far here

The walk from the metro is terrible and dangerous. Bite the bullet and buy a bus pass to get yourself into the city.

When you take the Shuttle Bus, make sure take the blue one because there's 2 type of Bus going back to the hotel.

Very far away from the center of Rome. Highway nearby is always traffic. Staff are not really hospitable with their guests. Rooms are also not that great.

Looking for an iron? There is an ironing "room" on the second floor. Tiny, unmarked room near elevators. Good luck.

Very nice conference center Hotel, I enjoy the food, pasta and pizza! Good transfer service to the center city! Very good hospitality team, certainly I wil come back! ;-))

This hotel is stuck in a Timewarp back to the 70s. Horrific decor, very few staff & terrible rooms. Cancel & find somewhere else whilst you can
