Be weary of the train times and the times leaving' they're usually off by 2 minutes' So don't take your time up the stairs!

Don't run and don't walk. You only have minutes to transfer. The F will always pull out moments after the D arrives. On a brighter note. If you miss the transfer it is a beautiful station to wait in.

Use West 8th Street for the Q or F if you can and just walk down the 3 blocks , its worth it . Stillwell is a Dumpster

after Sandy only cash for Metrocards. No token clerk. Better off with Unlimited Metrocard. Swiped for 1 fare and the 3rd time said insufficient fare. Really upsetting
