Rebekah MamaMarch 13, 2015Ordered an iced coffee and the girl tried to put ice cubes into a coffee mug with hot coffee in it. Then had to ask someone else if they had iced coffee. Sigh. The bagels have gotten smaller

Check your bag before you leave! I've had multiple instances of missing or wrong items. Morning staff seems a bit slack.
Great for a quick healthy lunch. If u call or online order they will have it ready & waiting
The cooks get really flustered around dinner time. Make sure to check your order on the way out.

The manager consistently comes to the counter screaming hello He must having a hearing problem Counter personnel never seem to know how to put an order into the system

Customer service here sucks, but what do you expect from minimum wage high school drop outs
- 9 am and you still don't have baguette bread. Seriously your service sucks here.
