Tiny, but it has everything you need, and the staff are friendly, which is more than can be said for the Virgin Active down the road!

Ah, the gym in a cupboard. It's small but it's friendly and has pretty much all you need.

Pretty tiny, but unusual amongst Fitness First gyms near the city in that it's open at weekends.
