- I love the service here! The movie experience is outstanding! The blankets are so comfy. Be sure to get plenty of rest! you might get too comfy and fall asleep! :)

- Did u know? The Cathay Bldg used to house d British Malaya Broadcasting Corpn. When Japanese occupied SG, it was seized & used for their own propaganda broadcasting.

- Go ahead and indulge. Tops of all the specialty cinema lounges. Feels like a bigger airline First Class section, especially in the feel & design of seats.
- Really comfortable and convinient, prefer these cinemas above Golden Village

- The seats are comfortable. Nicer than GV or Lido even. Bigger theater too I guess.

- Try the level 8 carpark instead of the basement one. There are usually lots there, even on weekends. Entrance is at Mt Sophia Road.
- Flash your student card to enjoy student price at $6 weekdays. And also get a free small coke n you can top up $3.50 for a small popcorn;)
- Good ticket discounts for passion card holders. $9.50 on weekends!

- Good legroom for comfort. Choose Row P for maximum legroom and space. :)
- If lifts are full, try the firemen lift, through a side door by the main lifts. It's also the only lift that goes all the way up to the level 8 carpark.
- If you have a UOB card, tickets are $6 during weekdays & $8 during weekends. If you've got a PAssion card, use that for the weekends as movie tickets are $7 flat! :)
- History: I remembered making trips all the way to d Cathay Bldg, d location for d 1st Orange Julius outlet in Singapore (opened in 1982)
