    Huge store, no lines, everyone is nice and helpful, and you don't have to make appointments!! In addition to the staff having more time to spend with you learning the new phone, which is nice.

    Been here 10+ times
    When your HTC EVO 4G LTE has issues, they don't issue replacements for this phone.. Need to wait for an OTA release. Fair enough, but can be frustrating if it's not a known issue according to HTC.
