Scott EdwardsAugust 8, 2015Oil pan plug cross threaded causing $1200+ of damage. Multiple voicemails to management and corporate office were not returned. Local management refused to accept any blame or responsibility.
I will never do business with them ever again. They lost a long time customer. They cracked my windshield. The manager is very rude and lacks customer service skills.

Daniel HarmsAugust 4, 2016The auto car wash shredded both left-side wheels. I apparently paid $25 to have $500 in damage done to my car by their auto car wash. If you have a nice car, go somewhere else.
