Needs patience, if you want a passport sent to you, make sure you get guaranteed delivery envelope from post office before you go. Take photocopy of passport as well as passport itself, cash only

You can't really blame them for being rude and relentless to help you. The place is a shithole always crowded and get anything done is a nightmare. Book online, read carefully and be patient

Comprueba qué documentación hace falta, asegúrate de traer todo y pide cita online. Te atenderán rápido, bien y sin problemas.
